Meagan’s collaborative working style and mentoring skills have been fundamental in the success of many projects. Meagan has served as president of the Northern Virginia Chapter of AIA and continues to participate in the Schools Connections Committee and the Design Awards Committee.
Amanda Edwards, PA-AIC LEED Green Associate

Amanda is an architectural conservator who brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. She has been responsible for the preservation of some of the nation’s most iconic buildings. Her experience includes materials testing and analysis, condition assessments, and construction documents for the preservation and stabilization of a wide variety of historic buildings. She is a native of Capitol Hill, where she lives with her husband and two beautiful daughters.
John K. Mott, FAIA
DIRECTOR OF PRESERVATION
John is a leading preservation architect in the country; he has led the JMA Preservation design team on more than 150 restoration and adaptive reuse projects. Of his projects, more than 20 have been National Landmark buildings, with another 35 National Register structures.
